1: Initial chat

We’ll discuss your needs and goals, to help us tailor coaching that's right for you.

2: Coaching

Whether via video call or face to face, session lengths are flexible from 30 to 90 minutes each.

I tailor all coaching to individual needs

3: Tailored package

We offer packages to suit you, usually from 3 to 6 sessions, all depending on your needs and budget.

4. Ongoing support

Whatever your package, you'll have our support via phone and email for a period after your coaching.

How it Works

It all starts with an initial chat – our chance to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your needs and goals, allowing us to develop and tailor the coaching sessions accordingly.

Each session usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. We can meet face to face at a convenient location, or virtually – through your preferred video calling platform.

We offer packages of between one and seven sessions – depending on your circumstances and budget – which all come with ongoing phone and email support for a month after your final session.
